A Las Vegas man has earned the title of World’s Largest Scrotum as the result of a very unusual growth which started in 2008.

Wesley Warren says he turned over while sleeping one night and when he awoke the next morning, his scrotum had swelled to the size of a soccer ball. The condition that Warren suffers from is called scrotallymphedema, a condition in which excess water is stored in the scrotal sac.

The growth, which weighs in at 100 pounds, earned him a trip to the Howard Stern show to tell his story and raise $1 million to surgically remove the abnormality.

“I don’t like being a freak, who would?” Warren told Las Vegas Review-Journal. “But I figured that the Stern show is listened to by millions of people and they might want to help me. I hope somemillionaire or billionaire will want to help me.”

The inflammation has forced Warren into depression and has kept him away from having a healthy and sexy sex life.

The brighter side of the bizarre condition is the World Records Academy claim that Warren has earned the title of World’s Largest Scrotum.

Warren is still collecting enough cash to have the surgery, working his way to the $1 million mark.
